Hi! I'm Derek aka Big D... I have had a passion for great BBQ for years.
What started as a hobby for friends and family, has grown into mobile catering BBQ company in upstate NY.
Over the years I have been fortunate to have traveled the country, trying all unique kinds of BBQ. Meeting pitmasters from Texas to the Carolina's, St. Louis and Memphis and everywhere in between. These different regions serve my inspiration for what I cook on my pits for you.
I cook with a live fire, seasoned oak, low and slow over many hours, so time seems to slow down around here.
